Sharing Data

How it Works

You will be asked to sign in with your Google account so that you can share this Tasker setup with other users.

After you sign in, your email account will be sent to Tasker's servers and will ONLY be used to manage your shares there.

Your email address will NEVER be shared with any third parties.

After you share your data, a special Link will be generated which contains the following data:

• Your email address in encrypted form
• The data's type (Project, Profile or Task)
• The data's name (so that it can be uniquely identified)

If you browse to the generated link you'll be able to access the exported data and import it into Tasker directly on any device that has Tasker installed.

Shared Data Responsibility

By using or distributing setups created by Tasker, you accept full responsibility for all direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of those setups.

Specific case 1: where such damage is a direct or indirect result of errors in the Tasker code.

Specific case 2: where such damage is caused my malicious code residing in a copy of Tasker downloaded from sources other than the Tasker website (tasker.joaoapps.com) or Android Market / Play Store.
