Bugfixes

• Direct version: was crashing after update check when new version available

• Media Control: simulate media button: check if music is playing to simulate proper Pause command (rather than toggle)

• removed edge fade effect, took out marquee scrolling on app list to improve scrolling speed
• change: %PACTIVE, %PENABLED, %TRUN: always start and end with , to make matching easier
• change: Enter Passphrase: show soft keyboard automatically if hard not out
• change: incoming call from 'PRIVATE/ABSENT NUMBER' is changed to 0 for compatibility with other OS/devices
